  • 1 stick cinnamon
  • Juice from ½ a lemon
  • 1 tsp honey

Instructions

  1. Pour the water into a small saucepan with the turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, and turmeric, Bring to a boil and let simmer for 30 minutes.
